Magic Time Machine is in San Antonio and Dallas, the Austin location is closed. Yes, the waiters/waitresses dress in costumes. I went to the San Antonio location about a month ago and saw Spiderman, GI Joe, Captain Jack (Pirates of the Caribbean) and Velma from Scooby Doo. They have lots of others and there are different characters on different nights.

Magic Time Machine! Great place! Just don't ask the staff where the bathroom is because they will put a toilet seat around your neck and tell everyone that they are on "potty patrol!"
