I am counting calories and would like to go to a restaurant that has the calories/nutrition available online, at the restaurant or wherever. I live in south Austin so around that area would be great but downtown or wherever is fine! Just in Austin! I know a lot of fast food places have nutrition charts but NO FAST FOOD. If possible, no really common, chain restaurants. Anything would be totally helpful though!
Thanks!

Defiantly try Jack Allen's Kitchen! They have one in Oak Hill at the Y, and a Round Rock location. They use all farm fresh ingredients. Look them up!

properly definitely, each and all the eating places downtown are costly. Maria Maria, Trulucks, Flemings, Fogo de chao....they're high priced. some favourite eating places, yet no longer overlooking the city or something are Polvos, Rio Grande, Cantina Laredo, problematical Rock, El Rancho, infant A's, Texas Land and livestock.
